This page explains how to delete your Ora account and the data associated with it. Ora is published by webLuthier, LLC.

You may not need an account at all

Ora does not require an account. If you have never signed in, your prayer list exists only on your device and is removed completely when you delete the app. There is nothing for us to delete.

1. Request deletion

You do not need to install or reinstall Ora to delete your account. Email us and we will delete the account and its associated data:

Email: [email protected]

Use the subject line “Ora account deletion request” and send the message from the email address associated with your Ora account, or include that address in the message so we can identify the account.

We confirm every request by reply and complete deletion within 30 days.

2. Removing the app

Uninstalling Ora removes the copy of your prayer list stored on that device. If you have signed in, uninstalling alone does not delete the account on our servers. Use the email request above.

3. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or anonymize the following:

4. What is retained, and for how long

Deleting your Ora account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel Ora Plus in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

5. Deleting your data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove your data:

Requested data is deleted within 30 days. Subscription and transaction records required by Google or Apple for legal, tax, and audit purposes may be retained for up to 7 years; these contain no prayer content.

6. Questions
